2 days of mc = time 2 eat snake @ hme... Finally caught by the flu bug; I was still bragging to my coll Corrine dat I will nt be weak like her loh. Haiz... shouldn't haf said all these words too early. Just a wk later aft Aunty Corrine of sneezing in e office, spreading all her germs all over, i'm down wif a terrible flu!
Apparently, din the medication given by the doc does nt make mi go to the Zzz mode loh. Been turning & tossing ard the whole nite w/o being able to get to my precious Zzz. My mind has been pretty active as well. Been tinking lotsa work related things. Rather stressed up. Woke up at ard 2am to pop some pills hopefully it will create the mood for me to Zzz. Seems like the effects of the pills doesn't seem to help much ... (or has it expired already? Must go n check later on...) i haf been awake till 5am before i finally gt some Zzz. Oh... i din mention i gt myself a new alarm clock earlier rite? The new alarm clock realli scare e shit out of mi off loh. So loud till i jumped out of bed! *power loh...* Since i'm given 2 days of mc, better dun let my doc down aft he had spent so much effort in filling up e form. Haa~ Dropped a txt msg to my coll saying i'm on MC today! Went back & Zzz again...

Suppose to be on a 1/2 day leave yesterday but I only managed to clear part of my work & left ard 1530h. (Waste my leave loh...) Went to c doc & gotten 2 days of MC. Erm.. dun rejoice so soon. 2 days including today + tomorrow; which means i'm still short changed of 1 day. Damn it.. shouldn't haf applied for my leave.
Visited my ah ma since the clinic i went was pretty near to the nursing hme she's staying. This is the 1st time i visited her on my own aft she was down wif stroke 3yrs ago; Haiz... i nv haf the courage to visit her. Whenever i c how helplessly she laid on the bed, it still hurts me so badly. Till now, i will still cry when i visit her. Thank god, i'm suffering from flu otherwise i will make her even more worried if she knows i'm still crying... ;(
Dad came to pick me up & fetched mi for dinner @ Tampines aft seeing ah ma. Ordered lotsa sinful stuff; Deep fried wedges, chicken chop & lotsa things that i'm nt supposed 2 eat. No wonder my condition will only seem 2 deteriorate instead of improving. Had a super filling dinner, drove my mum to the new Ikea @ Tampines to walk walk & digest all the food we had taken loh. Erm... a reminder to all. Pls do not go out when u r on mc. I bumped into my coll KW there loh! OMG... hopefully he dun bao dou mi leh. Haa~

Met up wif WL for dinner. Went 2 explore 1 of t hokkien mee stall which was highly recommended by her bro. The 2 of us haf no idea where tis stall is located at. Thank god dat SK aka Motorola boss is staying in dat neighbourhood. Nt only did he provide us wif e details, he oso promised to buy us a meal during CNY. Thank you boss! Haa~
Erm… e noodles din turn out to be as gd as wad WL’s bro has recommended? But satay & rojak din turns on our appetite. *yum yum*
Since WL was driving & she had initiated to go Chinatown, there is no reason y I can turn her down since I gt ppl driving to & fro hee~

Erm... looks like i'm gonna shocked a lot of ppl when i mention where i haf been today. I was @ the library doing my revision wif XF! Haa~ Hey.. u r nt seeing things & i'm indeed @ Woodlands library reading my notes, preparing for my exams; xf was there to do her assignment. Guess who i saw there... Paul, my poly OGL! Din expect 2 meet shou ren there esp someone whom i haf nt met for almost 6yrs? He's still the same old chap. The next thing dat's so coincidental is, he's taking a part time dip in the same sch as me! Erm... no chance to bump into him since i haf already completed all my modules already. (Besides Paul, he's nt the only "lost & found" ppl whom i met recently. I took part in NDP back in my poly 2nd yr. 1 of my new coll who joined my company last yr happened to be our marshall during dat NDP... *scary* I din expect i will still remember him aft 5yrs... Its nt dat i was secretly admiring him. Just dat he left a deep impression. Cannot remember if its a gd / bad one. Haa~)
Went off to meet SY for dinner @ Bishan CJ. Horrible her... was still shopping @ Dhoby Ghaut when i was already seated in CJ. *faint* Service was a little slow dat day. Dun noe y its taking ages to prepare my bowl of porridge leh... *faint again...*
Walked ard @ J8 & saw Derek my junior. The last time i saw him, he was still w/o hair. Opsss... i meant he was in NS dat was y he gt no hair lah... Haa~
By 2130h , most of the shops were abt 2 close & we were supposed to head hme. Looks like SY still can't resist them temptation of her "bad" influence. There i was... being "kidnapped" by her 2 head down for drinks... *faint, faint & faint = collapsed*
A fun nite out wif the grp of them. Its also my 1st time whereby i'm able to sabo someone. He lost 7 times consecutively & the penalty was to drink! Haa~ Ain't gonna say more. Jus let the pics do the talking!!! ;)
