Complain Queen?

Damn irritated aft calling up 1 of the fast food to order for my dinner earlier on loh! %$#%#%$
Nv haf i encountered such a poor customer service; Entire conversation was made worse when e words he said were muffled + he was mumbling loh! Ma de... not only dat, he kip telling, "Nooo... you cannot order the medium xxx (side dish) becoz... ^$%^$%^. Nooo... %E%^%^$" some damn distorted msg he was trying to convey to me loh! When i finally managed to catch his words, he mentioned that they haf a promotion of some Mix & Match whereby you order 2 medium side dish @ $2.95 den you cannot order another medium side dish. Damn it loh... it wasn't even indicated that in their "lamb" website. Ma de... So angry loh. Can you image placing a simply dinner order for more den 10mins? 1/2 the time, i'm either struggling to understand the conversation or arguing with him y i can't order the ala carte side dish when i want to pay even though its more ex loh! Dat's not the end; Bloody hell too... he gt my orders wrong as well. Thank god he repeated my orders else i wouldn't know what alien food i had ordered with an alien loh! Wake up alien....
Next was e damn taxi loh...! Jus when i tot my anger has subsided, the taxi uncle made me seething with anger loh! Arggg... I had a hard time trying to get thru the cabbie hotline @ 2230h in e office loh. Finally managed to get a confirmation; i quickly packed my bag & went lobby to wait for my cab. Arrggg.. guess wad i saw loh. This gal from my office simply board the cab w/o checking on the car plate + the uncle oso nv verified her if she's the one who did the booking loh. It jus drove past rite under my nose loh! $^#%$# Ma ma de... tink e gal's cab came shortly & e uncle was wondering if i was the one who booked the cab. Pity the uncle & I realli want to scold the cab driver who drove off w/o checking the passenger's contact loh! I called up their customer service to complain immediately loh!
Arggg... I simply need a channel to vent out all my anger esp on these 2 kind of ppl which i encountered loh.... (Almost saw i met them; but cum 2 tink of it, i din c e fast food guy + the cab driver since he drove off already...)
Well, enough of grumbling + ^%$^%$... time to Zzz... ciaoz~
