Attended a kickoff meeting @ Grand Copthorne. The world is indeed small. Guess who i met there... sawone whom I haf nt seen since last yr May; my ex-coll, Mr Lee BS!!! Haa~ Tot i would not get 2 c him again liao. Haa~ It happens dat his company is oso having a function in e same hotel too. I was still wondering SY was toking to. Somehow dat "stranger" looks familiar too. Haa~ I'm sorry Mr. Stranger, din recognise u liao. Haa~
Anyway, back to the kickoff meeting, long n boring First Choice training. My 1st ever kickoff meeting attended. The workshop was still ok aft all it was conducted by lck. How can i critise my ex-boss. Haa~ E sharing by 2 CEOs almost knocked mi off; no sense of humour, reading from scripts etc... *boring* My coll Iris has a great time napping since morn. *envy* Haa~ Tea breaks n lunch was still acceptable except dat e arrangement for lunch is a little screwed up. Seems like e staff din noe very well wad they will be serving us. asked for pasta & gt a reply. Vegetarian pizza ah? (another waiter told my boss dat they dun serve pasta for our lunch) *Faint* Didn't e menu indicates its seafood? *faint* E farni part was, i gt my SEAFOOD pasta eventually. But Sherman who was served wif Fish initially asked for an exchange when he saw dat i was served wif pasta, he wanted dat pasta as well even though he's already 1/2 way thru his coz for e fish. His persistance paid off or ...? Opsss.. no comments. Haa~
By e time e entire draggy workshop ended, it was already 7pm! Wa lau.. can someone tell mi who ever attends a damn meeting/kickoff dat end dat late? Trying 2 fully utilise the function rooms ah? Since it was still raining, we wanted to hitch a ride on the coach which is picking up e guests (including us) to Chjimes for dinner. From Chjimes, take a train hme. Erm... tink Beliaw was the 1st person who brought up the point dat she's hungry, wanted 2 get some snacks b4 boarding e train hme. Next, was my boss; reconsidering whether to stay for dinner. (Our initial "plan"was to skip e dinner wan loh.) Aft some tots, he decided to stay since he's hungry + the fact when he gets hme, its already very late too. (Din noe men oso can't make up their minds over minor stuff... Oppss... hope he dun get 2 c tis.) 1 by 1, we all turned up for the dinner. Kena suan by Irene loh. Say dat we r "jian" nu ren loh. Haa~
Dinner was fun, we were tinking of ways to convince or tell 6880 (i always call my big boss by his ext...) dat we indeed, truly, realli attended the meeting. Ended taking pics of e whole dept in e rstnt, in front of e back drop & most imptly, took pics wif e VIP aka Mr. Apple. Fun time taking pics... its been quite sometime since we had so much fun. Procurement will always take the lead; regardless of taking pics wif e VIP or shouting out loudly for our lo hei...
Nice dinner, nice songs, nice ambience, gd ppl, gd jokers... had a fun nite! ;)

Wasted another 1/2 day leave. Had to take urgent leave since i gt to go down to NTUC personally to lodge the rpt for my dad's car. In case there r still ppl who ain't aware, i met wif a slight accident over the wkend. No injuries, jus a minor bump on my boot. Wanna noe more wad happen den continue to read below on wad happen on sat... ;)
Rest of e days were spent going over to a few places 2 get the seasoned parking coupons changed becoz we oso gt a loan car while e car is still in e workshop.
Evening, drove my dad to Tampines Mall to get him a new handset. He ah... oso a weird guy wif a farni character. Where gt ppl go out nv bring IC, driving license wan! Aiyah... damn pek cik oso loh... only noe how 2 critise ppl yet such silly mistakes can happen on him...

Well for e rest of e days.. let mi con't another day. Its late now... gt 2 catch some beauty Zzz
+ i gt 2 make sure i'm damn early for work 2molo. Fayy's NB is wif me & she gt a presentation 2molo morn. I can't afford to be late loh! Haa~ Pray hard i wake up in time! Hee~
